We live in rather turbulent times when some of us have to work online and others choose that virtual work environment. We need to learn fast about the dynamics and the interactions in online teams to be able to lead teams and co-create better organisations. This is possible joining the training with open heart and mind, exploring old and new ideas, learning from experience and experiencing the joy of learning together with others. As well as the joy of experimenting and playing with ideas.
